TD Savvy TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tshomo Divine Travels (Pty) Ltd (Registration number: 2016/292037/07) is a provider of travel services and products. Our purpose is to open up the world for all South Africans to see, debt free. Please read and yourselves familiarize with the following terms & conditions.

ACTIVATION FEE AND CONTRIBUTIONS

A minimum of R500 is required to activate for a Savvy wallet with Tshomo Divine Travels and to ensure that the Savvy wallet remains active. The contributions by each member will be dependent on the Groups decision. It remains the responsibility of the members of the Group to ensure that all information provided is correct. The activation of a Savvy wallet with Tshomo Divine Travels is subject to application form being completed and approved. Interest rates are not applicable.

NON-PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS

Non-payment by a member remains the responsibility of the Group.

A minimum of R500 is required to keep the Savvy wallet active. The wallet will be closed should the minimum required amount of R500 not be available. We will notify the client should the wallet not have the minimum amount of R500 and subsequently close the wallet. Should all nominated signatories wish to close the Savvy account, written notice must be provided to the Tshomo Divine Travels.

Any reimbursement of funds will be reconciled against statements. Tshomo Divine Travels will impose cancellation fee and the remaining funds will be refunded to the individual or members of the Group as outlined in the contract with a minimum of 2 signatories.

 

STATEMENTS

We will communicate a statement regularly to the individual or member/s of the Group.

BOOKING

Tshomo Divine Travels will not proceed with any booking until we have received instruction from the individual or Group’s main member and/or nominated signatories who act on behalf of the Group. When the individual or Group wishes to finalize their travel, they will be referred to Tshomo Divine Travels consultants to begin the booking process. The group shall notify TD Savvy 2 (Two) months in advance of their desired travel date.

AUTOMATIC OPT IN (GROUP)

All members who sign up as members of the Group will automatically opt in to monthly marketing and statement update, through electronic direct mailers to the email addresses provided at the time of sign-up.

MEETINGS (GROUP)

Meetings remain the responsibility of the Group. Tshomo Divine Travels will attend meetings as determined by the Group. 2 weeks’ notice period is required for Tshomo Divine Travels to attend a meeting. Attendance will not be guarantee and can be subject to availability and postponement.

REFERRAL

For any referrals provided, Tshomo Divine Travels will contribute 2% of the Groups’/family’s total contributions. Each group/family will be limited to 4 referrals annually.

OUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tshomo Divine Travels provides the Group/family and its’ members with the platform to put away money at their own pace and to proceed in booking travel when the Group/family and its members decide. All contributions are managed by Tshomo Divine Travels until the Group/family is ready to proceed with a booking. Our responsibility remains to manage all contributions made by members of the Group/family. Our responsibility is to ensure that the wallet for the Group/family is managed in line with the terms & conditions outlined. We will communicate with members by preferred method of communication and will send statements as and when requested by members of the group/family. Statements can be requested at any time. Tshomo Divine travel will not share any on the members’ personal details to 3rd party.

Any misapprehension with regards to the terms and conditions should be clarified with Tshomo Divine Travels prior to completing the booking. Tshomo Divine Travels acts as an agent for, and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers. Tshomo Divine Travels’ obligation to the customer is to (and the customer expressly authorize Tshomo Divine Travels to) make travel bookings as per the customer’s agent on the customer’s behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers.
